So, I suppose this is my first journal entry as a high school graduate (Not that it means much, but hey). I know I've put up pictures of the work I did for my senior project, so it's not like I've been super inactive. I just haven't had anything worthwhile to write about in a journal that is related to my art and writing.
But now I do.
For those of you who have read Rema's story on here and know that she is in a setting that belongs to the Elder Scrolls series (hell, so does her race...), I have some news. I have created a world for both Rema and Alyara's past to take place, as well as changed their races to something new.
The reason I did this is so that when I do publish my novel "Wolf Feather" I will not have them be a part of a world that was never mine to begin with. I will be moving their pasts to this new world and adjusting them accordingly.
With that being said, this presents me with a problem: What do I do with my old versions of their pasts? They will become somewhat irrelevant and redundant, but I do know of a few people who enjoyed that story.
So then, I ask you--my watchers, my visitors, my friends, and fans of the story who have been reading all the parts--what should I do with it?
Please, please, please, if you read this: Tell me what you think! What do you think I should do with the old version?
End of the year, and where I'm at.
Hey everyone. Just wanted to wish you all a happy new year, as well as vent a bit. Just a warning, this is going to be a bit heavy, so if you're not interested in reading it, then just know that I'm going to try to work on more artwork soon and actually finish some pieces. My main New Year's resolution is to finish my first book, considering how far along it is--not necessarily publishing it, because I don't know how long it will take and how many hoops I'll need to jump through to do that, but we'll see.
So... I suppose I just want to get this off my chest a bit. These last few months have been especially rough for me. I've been experiencin
Long Silence (Update 9/12/16)
Hey all, just wanted to write an update since I haven't been too active for quite some time. So, I have been working on some drawings and have started a new crafting project, but so far, nothing is really ready to show, and with work taking up quite a bit of my time now, I have no idea when these things will get to that point. There have also been some... other setbacks that have come up that I just feel the need to ramble about for a moment.
First things first... I've been a bit overwhelmed lately--not necessarily because of work (I've been really enjoying my job :)), but because of things that have been coming up one right after another. I
Update: 6/9/16
Hey there, everyone! I'm back to posting--or, at least starting to.
I know I haven't posted any updates or artwork for about 6 months now, but... let's just say life got a bit out of control for a good long while. School was keeping me crazy busy, there were things going on with the family (such as my brother moving out and my mom getting hurt at work), and a few things regarding my health and doctor's visits that came up. Physically, I am fine, but things have just been stressful for quite a while.
But now I have finished up my last term of college (until I get into the Veterinary Technology program), and the weather has finally become coo
Happy New Year! (Updates)
I know it's already been a week, but I haven't put up an official new years update yet, so I thought I'd do just that today.
So, with the new year, I also have a new toy: A Wacom Cintiq 13HD Creative Pen Display. This has got me really motivated to draw now, and hopefully it will increase my productivity as well as the quality of the images. I've already been working on my first project:
I've been busy coloring this, and I'm close to finishing, but all of my drawings are going to be delayed with school starting up again. However, next term is going to be my last for a while. School is becoming a chore, and I don't have what I need to apply

I can peep in with my two cents, as I've had this happen to me as well. (I've made up a couple of settings to transplant characters into >_> ) Honestly I'd leave up the old version on your DA page as long as you see fit and keep it for yourself to look back on in the future. Your fans will still enjoy the old version until you publish the new one.
(Also thanks for chatting with me so much at Furlandia!)
